About the Author

Hi! My name is Hadley Huels, and I’m a high school student in Orlando, Florida. I have a high passion for psychology, medicine, advocacy, and humanities. After struggling with an eating disorder my freshman year, I realized how isolating it felt during and within my recovery to find compassionate help online.

I created this website to provide support, conversations with professionals, and resources in hopes of making recovery feel less lonely.
